Communicating with staff in a crisis

How to assign corps tasks during an incident. Briefing before the event, debrief after it. Support for educators with post-traumatic reaction after an incident.

Communication with parents

The first information within 15 minutes, the next every 30-60 minutes and finally the summary. Channels: SMS, e-mail, social networks and telephone line.

Communication with the media
