About the group
The GBH Group prepares companies, institutions and individuals for crisis situations. In it, the Academy trains people to know what to do in a crisis. It is based on the experience of lecturers from special units and the background of divisions that deal with cyber security and protective infrastructure.

GBH Group Security Director · former SOG Commander, 11 years URNA
Author of the Academy methodology and director of the GBH security section. Over ten years at URNA, then commander of the Special Operations Unit (SOG) of the Military Police. Missions in Iraq, Kosovo and Afghanistan; in 2015, as a civilian instructor, he trained Kurdish troops in the fight against ISIS. He cooperated with foreign units SAS, Delta Force, GIGN, GSG 9 and RAID.

Commander of Soft Target Protection · Soft Target Protection · prevention and training
Head of Soft Target Protection in GBH Defence. He has been working continuously in the armed forces since 1985. In the private sector, he worked in the armed security of the airport, held leading positions in the city police for 20 years, and in the army commanded a combat platoon in the 121st infantry company of active reserves.

Safety training instructor at GBH Defence, also participates in other company operations. He worked in the police, in the intelligence service and in a special army unit. In the private sector, he has years of experience in personal protection, teaching and security operations.

Division Director GBH Cyber · Cyber + AI Security
He heads the GBH Cyber division. Senior software engineer with experience from IBM and Trezor (SatoshiLabs), where he participated in the development of Trezor Suite. It connects cyber security with the group's physical infrastructure, for example security audits with Cyber Vaults in the enclosure. He is interested in the defense sector and military technology.

Former member of the Police of the Czech Republic and the Military Police. He served as an air marshal, protected the prime minister and constitutional officials, and was a team leader of a special unit of the Military Police (SOG). In GBH Academy he focuses on tactical decision making, crisis management and clear training of procedures for civilian teams.

Crisis Team Chief · 601st Special Forces Group
20 years in the Army of the Czech Republic, of which 12 years with the 601st Special Forces Group in the combat group. Mission in Afghanistan and Bosnia and Herzegovina. It prepares realistic model situations, team work training under pressure and procedures for school buildings, offices and services.
Case study: Církevní ZŠ Bratrská
The teaching team practiced responding to a serious threat right in the school building. The training combined briefing, work in corridors and analysis of decisions after a scenario.
Case study: Home for the elderly Háje
Nursing home staff went through a practical scenario of an active attacker. The training took into account the operation of the equipment, the movement of clients and the limited number of people per shift.
Case study: Vracov City Hall
City Hall officials rehearsed the response to the incident in the building. Communication with the public and the safe procedure of employees were part of it.
