Personal safety can be practiced before you need it
Crisis preparedness also applies to individuals. You will test recognition in a closed group risks, safe distance, escape, calling for help and a simple defensive reaction. We will adjust the content according to the experience and fitness of the participants.

What organizations ask before ordering
For anyone aged 16 and over. You don't need combat sports experience or special physical condition. We adapt the program to the level of the participants.
Peak fitness is not required. The instructor will adjust the intensity and techniques according to the possibilities of the group. Health restrictions need to be listed before the practical part.
Comfortable sports clothes, indoor shoes or tennis shoes and a bottle of water. We will provide all aids and protective equipment.
We agree on the date and place depending on the size of the group and the chosen program. For closed groups, we can come to a suitable area throughout the Czech Republic.
A maximum of 15 people per instructor. In a small group, the instructor pays attention to each participant and there is plenty of time left for practical training.
Yes. We adjust the situation and the intensity according to the specific group, not according to a unified force scenario. The emphasis is on prevention, escape and simple reactions.
Yes. Each participant will receive a certificate of completion of the course stating the scope and content.
