Frequently asked questions about safety training
Security training is the systematic preparation of personnel to handle crisis situations — an active attacker, evacuation, de-escalation and communication with IZS. We perform it according to the Minimum Standard MŠMT 2024 and the ČSN 73 4400 standard, with MV ČR AK/I-48/2025 accreditation for the protection of soft targets.
The standard for an active shooter (active attacker, amok) is Run-Hide-Fight. 1) If the escape route is clear, evacuate and pull the others down. 2) Otherwise, immediate lockdown — lock the classroom, darken, shut up. 3) Defend yourself only as a last resort. Our training will practice all three variants with a helper in a real school environment and coordination with IZS.
Accreditation applies to schools, social services, medical facilities, authorities and companies falling under the soft targets protection methodology. For school founders, it is important for reporting compliance with the Minimum Standard MŠMT 2024 and for drawing subsidies from OP JAK and IROP.
Standard 5 or 8 hours in the premises of your school. We start with a risk analysis and crisis plan, continue with the theoretical part (Run-Hide-Fight procedure, lockdown, communication with IZS), a model situation with a helper and debriefing. For teachers 8×45 minutes, for pupils 5–16×45 minutes depending on age.
The price depends on the size of the institution, the number of participants and the length of the program. Approximate: one-day training for a group of up to 15 people from CZK 49,000, multi-day program with subsequent model situations and audit from CZK 120,000. We prepare framework contracts and a package of 5-20 schools for cities and regions.
Yes. OP JAK (operational program Jan Amos Komenský) and IROP are available for schools. FKSP and Benefit Plus can be used for employees in the commercial sector. There are subsidized titles of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health for social services. We always verify the specific financing mechanism with the founder at the initial consultation.
An audit is an analytical output — it determines the state of the perimeter, documentation, personnel and crisis procedures, and proposes measures. Training is the training of personnel who implement these measures in practice. We recommend a combination: the audit defines the risks and the training prepares the team to deal with them. Audit references: Czech Radio, National Theatre, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic.
A school security audit includes an analysis of physical security (perimeter, entrances, reception, cameras, sensors), review of crisis documentation, assessment of evacuation and lockdown procedures, interviews with front-line personnel, a mock-up situation and a structured output for management and founders according to Minimum Standard MŠMT 2024 and Standard ČSN 73 4400. One-day inspection from 15,000 CZK, complete audit from 49,000 CZK.
We recommend a comprehensive security audit of the school once every 24-36 months and an annual follow-up inspection after major changes (reconstruction, change of principal, incident in the neighborhood, new decree MŠMT/MV ČR). For founders with a portfolio of 5+ schools, we offer framework contracts with an annual schedule of audits and follow-up training.
