Crisis preparedness and safety training for healthcare facilities

Practical Safety Training GBH Academy

Crisis preparedness in healthcare means that the reception, the emergency room and the department know how to react to an aggressive patient or his companion. Staff will practice de-escalation, calling for support in a timely manner and safe procedures in the event of a serious threat. The scenarios respect the care, the operation of the department and the limited mobility of the patients.
