First, we show the management where the risk arises, what would have the biggest impact and what makes sense to pay first.
The audit looks at the object, people, documentation and crisis mode at once. The director, mayor, company management and operations manager then work with the output.

Security audit will show where the object and its team are at crisis situation ready and where not. It looks for weak points in the building, documentation, training of people and procedures. For schools, it is based on ČSN 73 4400 and MŠMT 2024, for other soft targets from the MV ČR methodology.
You get priority measure and cost estimation. He can follow up on the recommendation training and practice with your team.

An audit is the first step. Readiness only comes when people know what to do.
GBH methodology
We are based on Czech standards and the operational experience of our lecturers. Therefore, the output does not end with general recommendations. It includes priorities, roles in the team and a follow-up training plan.
The audit is not led by a theoretician, but by a former commander of special forces with experience from missions in Iraq, Kosovo and Afghanistan.
We follow the Minimum Standard MŠMT 2024 (ref. MSMT-19322/2024-4), ČSN 73 4400 and the methodology MV ČR "Fundamentals of soft target protection". You will use the output when negotiating with the authorities and with the founder.
An audit will find weaknesses. We will follow it up with training and model situations in which the team will practice the reaction. GBH Academy is accredited MV ČR (AK/I-48/2025) for the protection of soft targets.

A security audit is an assessment of the facility's and its team's readiness for a crisis situation. It will review four areas: perimeter and entrances, crisis documentation, people and procedures. He finds weak points and suggests specific measures. For schools and soft targets, we follow ČSN 73 4400, the Minimum Standard MŠMT 2024 and the methodology MV ČR "Fundamentals of soft target protection". The written output describes the identified risks. The director presents them with it to the founder when requesting a budget for security measures.
For school directors and founders (municipalities and cities) who need to document compliance with the Minimum Standard MŠMT 2024 and ČSN 73 4400. It will also be used by authorities, social services, medical facilities, cultural institutions and companies covered by the MV ČR methodology for the protection of soft targets.
A soft target audit is a threat analysis of publicly accessible places with a high concentration of people, such as schools, hospitals, theaters, stadiums, offices and social services. It follows the MV ČR methodology for protecting soft targets. It assesses the likelihood and impact of an attack and suggests appropriate protective measures.
The price depends on the scope and size of the object. We offer an initial online consultation, a one-day inspection and a comprehensive audit. A comprehensive audit means 1-2 days on site and 5-10 working days of processing. You will usually receive the written output within two weeks. We determine the scope and price according to your object.
The audit itself is not mandatory. However, the minimum school safety standard MŠMT 2024 introduces uniform rules, and schools and founders demonstrate their fulfillment. The audit will provide you with the basis for proving compliance with MŠMT 2024 and ČSN 73 4400. The output will also serve as a basis for investments in security.
The audits are conducted by former members of the URNA Police of the Czech Republic, the SOG of the Military Police and the 601st Special Forces Group with experience from foreign missions. GBH Academy is an educational institution with MV ČR (AK/I-48/2025) accreditation for the protection of soft targets.
