Co je program Aktivní útočník

Co je program Aktivní útočník (aktivní střelec ve škole)?

The Active Attacker programme (also known as active shooter or AMOK) prepares people for an armed attack in a building. Participants learn the “Run – Hide – Fight” approach recommended by the Czech Police. With guidance from instructors, they practise making decisions, escaping and taking shelter on their organisation’s premises.

Pro koho je program určený?

For schools and the authorities responsible for them, public offices, social services, healthcare facilities and companies. We prepare teaching staff, management and crisis teams, security staff and employees who deal directly with the public. Individuals can attend the public course “How to Survive an Active Attacker”.

Jak nácvik probíhá?

A short theoretical introduction is complemented by model situations and an analysis. We practice the Run – Hide – Fight procedure on the floor plan of your building. We do not use mock-up weapons or attack simulations with pupils. We work with simple age-appropriate instructions and always with parental consent.

Jak dlouho příprava trvá?

Pedagogický sbor připravíme za jeden den (8×45 minut). Vedení a krizový štáb mají vlastní jednodenní modul. Žáci absolvují 5–16×45 minut podle věku, firmy 4–8 hodin. Rozsah upravíme podle velikosti organizace a výchozího stavu.

On these topics directors a safety coordinators při přípravě nácviku ptají nejčastěji. Pro jednotlivce máme samostatný kurz.

Frequently asked questions

Je nácvik reakce na aktivního útočníka pro školy povinný?

The MŠMT 2024 Minimum Safety Standard is methodological guidance. It recommends regularly preparing employees for security incidents and practising agreed procedures. Each school chooses the content and scope of preparation according to its risks and operating conditions. Specific duties arising from legislation must be assessed separately.

How is it different from the public course for individuals?

With proper management, no. The program for pupils is not an attack simulation. We don't use mock-up weapons and we don't stress children. Pupils learn a simple rule: "When something happens, we listen to the teacher and take three concrete steps." In kindergarten, practice takes the form of a game of instructions, in the 2nd grade of elementary school and in upper secondary school, we conduct an open debate. Always with parental consent.

Co dostane škola po nácviku?

Final report with attendance and photo documentation (with consent), list of proposed modifications to the school's crisis plan, sample school card for IZS and certificate of graduation for teachers. In addition, management will receive a 30-minute online consultation to implement the changes.

Jak často nácvik opakovat?

At GBH Academy, we recommend a four-hour refresher each year after the initial programme, with a scenario exercise to practise the agreed procedures. Update the preparation when staff, operations or the building layout change.

Kdo vede výcvik?

The GBH Academy instructor team is led by Lumír Němec, former commander of the Military Police SOG, who served for 11 years with the Czech Police URNA unit. Training is also delivered by Milan Kotouč, head of soft-target protection, Luděk Trojánek, head of the protection team, and other instructors with operational experience.

Can it be financed from OP JAK?

It depends on the conditions of the specific funding call and your school’s project. Before booking, check whether the selected programme is an eligible expense. We will provide a description of its content and duration for that assessment.

Kolik program stojí?

Příprava pedagogického sboru jedné školy stojí 49 000 Kč (8×45 min, do 30 osob). Ceník má tři rozsahy: AMOK 1 (do 30 osob, 49 000 Kč), AMOK 2 (do 50 osob, 79 000 Kč) a AMOK 3 (do 100 osob, 139 000 Kč). Pro vícedenní programy, větší sbory nebo společný program pro pedagogy a žáky připravíme individuální kalkulaci.
